About me

Hello! I am a User experience researcher with a bachelor's in design from IIT Guwahati. I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on solving challenging problems and enhancing the user experience of products.

Currently, I'm leading e2e research for the Delivery partners' product at SkipTheDishes, Canada. Earlier, I led research for User acquisition and engagement domain focused on Videos, Gamification, and User-generated content at Flipkart, India. Also, I spearheaded the research for Voice user interfaces and the Grocery category in e-commerce.

Previously, I worked as a product designer to improve the post-purchase in the shopping journey and redesign the news section in a digital news company.
